<p>This course could cover lots of different aspects of climbing such as:</p>

<li>Belaying &#8211; holding falls</li>
<li>Ropes and rope management &#8211; single, twin and double rope technique.</li>
<li>Climbing hardware &#8211; use, care and limitations</li>
<li>Route selection, use of guide books and crag etiquette</li>
<li>Anchor placements</li>
<li>How to fall off &#8211; is it really so easy?</li>
</ul>
<p>This course is run over one or two days in the Peak District home to some of the best single pitch climbing in Britain.</p>
