<p>Dan is classed as one of the UK&#8217;s top climbers, in 2008 ranked 3rd in Britain and in 2005 had a world ranking of 14th.</p>
<p>He is a full time climbing/mountaineering instructor and currently on the Mountain Instructor scheme.</p>
<p>Dan has also been coaching climbing for over 7 years,</p>

<p>Nottingham junior climbing team &#8211; in 2005 managed to get first in male and female categories for the national competition the BRYCS (British regional youth climbing series)</p>

<p align="left">Debbie is a full member of The Association of Mountaineering Instructors and works on a freelance basis.</p>
<p align="left">She has been rock climbing since 1986 and began high altitude mountaineering in 1993.</p>

<p align="left">Debbie has been working in the Leadership/Instructional outdoor industry since 1989.</p>
<p align="left">She has led many mountaineering expeditions since 1995, to Morocco, Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Borneo, Nepal and India.</p>
<p align="left">She has Advanced Wilderness Medical training and much experience of altitude related illness.</p>
<p align="left">Debbie is currently supporting the Adventureworks schools project with the role of Regional Coordinator and leading expeditions regularly for both Jagged Globe and Adventureworks.</p>

<p>As an expedition leader Ed has led more than twenty trips around the world.</p>
<p>These trips have been to the greater ranges in Asia and South America as well as Africa and Europe.</p>
<p>Ed regularly works for other companies with both adults and young people in the role of a development trainer.</p>
<p>Having spent many years working in outdoor centres with both mainstream and special education clients, he has developed an easy going and professional style.</p>
<p>Ed uses his experience to now advise others on safe practice within the mountaineering industry.</p>
